Frequently asked questions
How quickly can I start?
The application takes about five minutes. Review usually takes under five business days, and onboarding (agreement, account security, partner ID) takes one sitting.
How are referrals tracked, and for how long?
Your permanent PID rides on every link. The standard attribution window is currently 30 days, subject to the program's ownership, eligibility and anti-abuse rules.
Which orders earn commission?
Eligible completed orders attributed under the program rules. Tax, shipping, refunds and non-commissionable services are excluded from the eligible amount.
When do I get paid?
After payment confirmation, a 15-day review and hold, and eligibility checks, approved commissions join the monthly payout run, subject to minimums, account readiness and the agreement.
Can commissions change after the fact?
Yes. Refunds, disputes, fraud, duplicate attribution, ineligible activity or classification changes may change a commission's status or amount.
Can I refer businesses, or my own company?
Qualified business opportunities may be eligible for the verified business schedule after review. Self-referrals, related-party orders and controlled purchases may be excluded.
What promotion is off-limits?
Impersonation, spam, cookie stuffing, forced attribution, self-referral abuse, brand-term bidding, misleading ads, unauthorized domains and deceptive redirects. The agreement is the complete list.
